Hi,
I've finally got a pair of speakers that sound good with my valve amp (50wpc KT88 integrated with Mission 752s - lovely!)
Problem is that I need to replace the preamp valves, but I can't find replacements. This is presumably because they are chinese, but heck, I don't really know what I'm about when it comes to tubes.
The valves are;
6N6 T, 6N11, 6N2.
I'm guessing that they are commonly known by other names, so if anyone knows anything about these and can recommend a good supplier in the UK I'd be very grateful.
By the way, the amp and speakers have astounded me. I didn't realise that tubes could sound so good. I'm converted!
