Indirectly heated, a bit different electrically from a GZ37, but if your use of the GZ37 is as a 5U4G sub, should be no problem. I think it draws a slight bit more current than a GZ37, and consequently it will raise your B+ a bit - personally, I like the GZ33 more than the GZ37, but it's purely dependent on the operating point of your outputs as to whether the boost sounds better.
