Read VTV description very carefully. Their caps are "silver alloy". As mentioned on post elsewere, these caps have been opened up by others and the conductive element confirmed not to resemble silver.Also, the original question was: who makes silver or copper foil capacitors that do not use paper/oil as the dielectric?
