Hi LewI purchased the amp assembled. There are no kits currently available for his OTL design but he informed me he is intent on marketing a 15 watt OTL mono kit. He does have a book "Audio Reality" which has a complete schematic of the OTL amp along with the compact 150 and the grounded grid pre-amp, the latter is sold as a kit.
My understanding is the output tubes are direct coupled to the speaker, just wire and no caps in series to answer your question.
