The A.C. power connection on a Quad II uses a Bulgin connector. These primitive things really ought to be changed to a conventional IEC type. But, I suppose that will have an impact on resale value.Hey, I have a pair of these amps too and can't figure out why everyone loves them so much. Yes, they have a reasonably seductive midrange, but that's about it, IMHO.
Am I missing the boat here?
