I do not try to return a part. I am trying to exchange it to a different (more expensive) one.
I would accept the agreement that if as in a result of inspection Angela suspects that these items were used, Angela doesn't have to accept them.In any case, I will stay away from Angela in the future and take my business to a different place where I can expect a better service.
