My experience is that New Sensor has always been good about taking back any tubes that go bad in the first 90 days. I buy a lot of tubes from them and have never had to send back a Sovtek 12AX7 LPS. When I do need to send something back its always a Svetlana or JJ/Tesla and they are really cool about it.Eat More Hot Sauce,
