tubes on a budget for scott 222c?

I have a Scott 222c, and I need to replace all but 3 of the driver tubes(the're Telefunken but the numbers are worn off).
The sticker on the bottom say the tubes should be 7189, 6U8/6GH8, and 12AX7.
What tubes should I use? I was looking at JAN tubes, because they often cost less, and seem to be more relible
Do I have to match the power tube to the Telefunkens, or will it be ok to use any 7189?
I read an older post here, about using the 5751 inplace of the 12AX7 with better results, depending on the amp. Does anyone know anything about using the 5751 on this amp?
