Thanks for earlier advice on my question of whether a phono stage can be added on the CAT signature SL-1. My problem is that I don't have the manual. Can anyone advise: whether can I obtain a copy of the manual and how can I get in touch with Ken Stevens, the designer of this wonderful preamp.
