Found you something at duncanamps.com. Enter those tube numbers at http://duncanamps.com/tubedata/tubesearch.html and you'll find the opts can be used those tubes. Note the EL84s running at 250 V will deliver about twice the power of the 6BM8s at 200V, at the same impedence, 5200 ohms single ended (S/E). I suspect you'll see the same results with PP operation. The opts might run out of oomph though unless the amp was overdesigned in this area. It would sound sloppy beyond the design output of the transformers. Could'nt hurt to try though. Good luck, jacK.
