I just received NOS Amperex 6DJ8 tubes. They are in individual boxes and then those boxes are in a sleeve of 5. But why 5 to a sleeve???
My amp takes 4 tubes and my preamp takes 2; these even numbers make sense to me, but the # 5 seems odd.Please respond before bedtime--I don't think I'll be able to sleep with this nagging me.
