Kevin: not entirely sure what you mean by a "short pop-up", but I'll take your advice with great heed as you know these amps very well.... Incidentally, I popped them in for a bit and was not thrilled with what I heard, a little noisy and no bass, I think the original Svet 6550 was better tonally in the balance dept. anyway.audioman
