Hi all,
Came across an oldie today, "The Fisher", with no case, and it looks like it'd been through hell. All the ORIGINAL tubes seem to be there though, they say "Fisher" on them (LOTS of 12aux7's? and some others). I will say the small tuner wheel on the right side is crushed, and the headphone input is plugged up with something (mud or tan dirt?), and the knobs are all missing the little stick on center faces, and some look like they've taken a hit....BUT, besides basic aluminum corrosion on the chassis, all the parts seem to be there. So, is this thing worth anything to anybody? And if so, how much? The guy also has a pair of LARGE Fisher speakers, about 3' x 3' and 1.5' deep. He wants crazy money for the speakers, but not the receiver....
