Yes, the pins do look a bit ragged. The internal structure of the plates matches the type used in both two and three mica spacer Sylvanias though so they are genuine. Now, whether the pins are rough due to storage in a wharehouse for a few decades subjected to lots of humidity or because they are used pulls is another matter that cant be easily answered without testing them firsthand...joe
