John,Yeah, these tubes do sound nice with high efficiency, high compliance speakers. Not so good with Celestion Greenbacks, which love the EL 34.
Anyhow, I noticed you have a lot of power tubes, including Amperex BB EL 34. Now, you wouldn't happen to own a matched pair of Amperex BB EL 84 (60's vintage)? Woooo, do those tube ever generate a great tone.
