Hi,>I checked out some parallel 300B SE amps, some give 15w+15w but
>others go as high as 21w+21w, but they all use 4 300Bs to drive.
>Why? Because of different circuit design?Partially. Some 300B Amplifiers use operating points for less power but longer life. I do however suspect that most of the differences are down to different methodes in measuring the output power.
>Thorsten, if I convert the Edison 60 into a 300B amp, how much
>output will I get?I measured 20W RMS @ 1kHz and 5% THD. This was with Svetlana Valves.
