RE: Intermittent Microphonic Tube/300B Choice

over many years I had a couple tubes that would do the same and tried resoldering the leads inside the pins - just a pinch. Assembly lines aren't perfect and once in a while something slips thru QC.

It could also be a weld on the connections inside but nothing I know of can fix that.
