Hi Spantou 6GM5 is electrically equivalent to 7591 with button 9-pin out - 9MQ base. It fits the same socket as 12AX7. The exhaust tip is on the top of the tube.

7868 is electrically equivalent to 7591 with novar 9-pin with exhaust tip - 9RW base. This is a larger diameter ring of pins than 9MQ.

7591 is Octal based.

7591 was a Westinghouse developed tube. There is no real equivalent being made today.
