Odd failure here. Nothing catastrophic or visually exiting, just a very real diminishment of power coming out of one channel. Other channel absolutely fine. Something is still going on but at one tenth. Pulled tubes and swapped in some barely used Sovteks and they worked just fine along with a pair of Shuguangs I had.
