Let's look at a data sheet. Not bad at all, with Design Center limits of 300 V. on the plate and 150 V. on g2. Go full pentode and 0A2 regulate g2 B+. As long as you scrupulously adhere to the 10 W. plate dissipation limit, exceeding the anode voltage limit a reasonable amount will be safe.
You should easily be able to rework the near Class "B" 6Y6 design Jeff Yourison and I concocted. We were on the razor's edge of phase splitter clipping, but you will have an easier time at 300+ VDC.
