I've had both in my overbuilt 6C6 direct-couple beasty. I didn't have a preference in a general sense: both are nice and coherent in the EML way, but different. I find the solids to be an all-round high performer and the meshies to be glorious with some types of music and better than good with the rest.

I'm about to move on to PX4...
