Does your amp use pcb mount tube sockets? If so start with the easy stuff first and reheat all the tube socket contacts at the pcb. I likd tu use just the tiniest amount of paste when doing this to help integrity of the reflow.
If it's point to point wire you could try the same thing, but check both ends of the wire.
While your in there you can take a look for any failed components. Definitely could be resistor or cap. Even the bias trim pots, though that is rare. Note that sometimes you can try contact cleaner on the trim pots, though most are sealed.
Failing any obvious issues, start measuring resistors and caps.
I once had a bad solder joint in the power supply circuit and both channels of my ARC amp lit up bright red. Took hours to find the bad connection. Once found I re-did all contact points.
