RE: Pin Straightener - Do I Need It?

Good to have. Even so you sometimes have to partially straighten any bends with needle nose pliers first. Some people heat the pins. I don't.

This looks like it would suit you at a reasonable price. Not personally familiar with it. My straighteners are built into my tube tester.
