For his vintage Fender Champ amp. Not sure why he bought this tube(s) ---he bought 5 --- as good, known, old-school 5Y3GT are available.

I like the GE 6087 and Bendix 6016 for precious amps. But, really any NOS GE, RCA, Sylvania, TS commercial grade 5Y3GT is fine.

Thanks, for trying to find out what this tube really is. I don't think I've seen this sized octal rectifier, with those plates and bottom square getter. Theoretically, a 5-volt type.
