12AT7-tubes for Preamp and Poweramp :JJ vs Telefunken NOS

Hi, I am replacing the 12AT7 tubes for my Preamp and Poweramp, and wondering whether I should get JJ or Telefunken NOS ? (for a full-bodied, warm and good Bass) I need your opinions and suggestions Thanks
