Those are N channel Mosfets being used as current sources and they are keeping the 6922s sections of each tube running consistent with each other.
The 179v source is well regulated also so you don't want to run separate regulators because you basically have separate regulation for each section. Keep in mind that the preamp doesn't draw current as an amplifier would.Those Mosfets are loafing in there.
