Why not save big $ as the OPT's are what can be upgraded on your ST-70 for much less $ and give you a high end amp. The circuit and PS is great especially if you add more capacitance in the right place to the PS.
Hashimoto comes to mind and their 60W OPT's over the 40W ones would allow more power from bigger tubes if desired. Lundahl is maybe in between for their regular models if you don't want to spend as much. K & K Audio (the US distributor)likes the affordable LL1682 as a ST-70 upgrade.
