Maybe too soon for the Chinese 6SN7 comparisons.
I don't have any experience with the rectifiers but the other posts address that.
As far as 6SN7s go I would and do buy old stock tubes wich are plentiful and depending on what you want not overly expensive. Although I need them like a hole in the head I couldn't resist a sweet deal on a pair of tall bottle Sylvania Ws with metal bases for the same prioce that some of these fancy Chinese tubes cost. If you know what type of sound you want there are plenty of bargains to be had.
I must admit, however, that I am curious about these new "special" tubes but remain a bit skeptical.
