For the first tube, the code A4 9G signifies Siemens, Munich July 1969 production. The first digit in the second line represents the year of production (in this case 9 = 1969) and the second digit represents the month (in this case G = 7th month = July). The first digit A in the first line represents the Siemens code for E88CC tubes and the second digit represents the revision of E88CC (4th revision in this case).
The second tube is a 6th revision E88CC tube made in November 1972 and likewise the third tube is a 6th revision made in August 1972. Hope this information clears up any confusion.
