Tung-Sol also used a stop sign around the tube number. For what it is worth, I have found many directly and indirectly triodes from the 1940s in particular that were not made by RCA or T.S. that also had stop signs. Starting in the 1950s all smaller tubes with stop signs were either RCA or T.S.s in my experience.
