EL-84 Recommendations

My friend has asked me for my opinion on the "best" sounding EL-84, 6BQ5, 7189, 6N14P etc. This is a tube I haven't really explored using so if you wouldn't mind helping my friend and myself would you list the five best tubes you'd recommend using regardless of cost by manufacturer and model? Then would you list the five best tubes you'd recommend using with a top cost of $200pr by manufacturer and model?
