seem to be pretty good for the money. I had purchased a pair of their 2A3s, also from Hong Kong via eBay, for a little more than the price of a pair of the Sovteks. They sounded better than the Sovteks in my headphone amp, and not too shabby compared to a pair of NOS RCAs that I also have. That said, I don't have too much experience with 2A3s, and haven't heard all the other expensive new issues. So my reference is very limited.
