Bad Boys are not the 6SN7W. They are the 6SN7GT tall bottle/bottom getter/T-plate from circa 1951 to 1953. The most apparent difference is their t-plates have 3 holes each as opposed to the earlier two hole types (VT-231/6SN7GT from 1944 to 1951).
