But now you tell us the tubes won't glow.- ie no voltage to the filaments. The fuses are good as well.

Do you have a tube tester to check for any shorts in those 5814 tubes ?

I don't know what else to tell you that would help. Other than look by the tube sockets, maybe you broke a lead off a soldered component.

Also, this looks like a remote control unit. Try unplugging it to reset the microprocessor, maybe a Mute relay got stuck. They look like black rectangular boxes. If you can see any mute relays, tap on them with a blunt object, sometimes they get stuck.
