Do you have a DVM?

Maybe time to check some B+, plate voltages, and voltages across cathode to ground. I suspect you maybe getting voltage to the heater filaments (separate circuit from the B+) and not plate voltage to certain tube(s).

Since both channels are out, I'd start with the power supply. Usually, most units have a single power supply power both channels. And ANY fuses. Some units have fuses placed onto the circuit board(s) as well as in obvious fuse holders. Check them all. Be systematic, go from power supply to each stage, as if the electricity is flowing like water downstream from one section to the next. Then, check the signal path, from input to output. You should be able to find the culprit.

If you feel uncomfortable dealing with hundreds of volts (and you should!), to the point you don't want to touch the unit's guts while its on... then think about a technician.
