Literally pulled out the old, inserted the new, closed the top and...nothing. Replaced the original tubes...nothing. The unit is still receiving power, but there's no input/output activity. Anybody have a similar experience? What did I do wrong? More importantly, anythin I can do to make it right? (If this thread should be moved to pre/amp let me know.) Thanks.
