My guess is the seller didn't calibrate his meter using same tube as you. Really hard to compare absolute values of different tube testers. Unless you both calibrate the meters to same parameters. I use the posted values as a relative comparison against the results from a known tube. Even then, I don't think it'll be totally precise.
