IT's an 866 rectifier. A nice one too - unshielded horizontal Z-filament from what I can see. Likely made by United. I have some like these. The Fischer branding is unique - haven't seen them branded that way before. Fischer made a lot of medical equipment (Diathermy), and re-labeled tubes made by others for their equipment, and in some cases, spec'ed unique tubes. Most of those I am familiar with in that vein are the larger transmitting types, like the 3581, etc (Which are rebranded Taylor 814/822, etc.)
