the GE 6CA7; big envelope, beam formers and no supressor grid
Sylvania made one very similar
the EI nipple-top
the E-H 6CA7; big fat bottle like the GE
MOV KT77the pentodes:
Mullard xf-series
Tele
RFT/Siemens
Svetlana EL34
E-H and Sovtek EL34
