I have a set of 4 EH 300B Gold used in a PP Mactone w/no bias adjustment that sound acceptable. I pulled them and dropped them into a SIP Coincident that can be biased and noticed they can't be adjusted as high as the previous owner suggested as the bias pots are maxed...Is it time...?

What parameters / symptoms noticed have you found diminishing as they are used up and without getting my own tube tester...what should I look for when tested by others...? Thanks for your input.
