You mean the ebay ad correct? That is a mullard..I was referring to metal version as being phillips and both amperex and mullard had it in their line up but it was made by phillips.The pins were smaller on some of the ones I had to.
No matter how stir the pot,you only get out as good as what goes in.Power supplies matter most.
