Whenever you talk about 12BH7s and 6FQ7/6CG7s jointly, bringing the 6GU7 into the discussion makes sense. The 6GU7 triodes are the same as 12BH7 triodes, but pinout is identical to the 6FQ7.

IIRC, RAM Labs offers 6GU7s as 6CG7 replacments. The "chestnut" of try RCA, when in doubt, applies here.
