That is a nice amp and it sounds fabulous as does the asr433..What you need to do it troubleshoot the amp or let the seller know if he claimed it to be working.Remember even if the seller stated as is but he stated it to work on both channels,it has to work on both channels..Its as is stated.
Now do you have any volt meters as I can walk you thru some tests? I will have to do it over the phone as I need feecback as your doing this.I have free long distance so it doesnt cost me a dime.Try wiggling the driver and preamp tubes a bit to see what happens..It could be a loose connection on one of the tube sockets.
It doesn't matter how you stir
