Somehow I doubt that. The grid support rods are held in place by the mica sheets. Pressure from the spring loaded wire would be very tiny and limited only to one of the grid rods, leaving the other side still free to resonate. Grid wire microphony is normally due to the fastening of the spiral wound grid to the grid support rods which are normally scored and then burnished over to anchor the wire.
Admittedly, I haven't dissected an f91 or mc1 (I do have a few but as they are still in good working order, and I am hesitant to sacrifice the tubes). I suspect that the mc1 and f92 versions utilize the same grid construction. The f92, IIRC, have a slightly different mica construction, but the mc1 is similar, without the staple. As for microphonics, the f91's I have all test and work fine (I have about a dozen of them all purchases used).
