I have every one of the tubes you have pictured and I do not recall spending very much for them either.

Check out George Fathauer's site for vintage tube manufacturers. Unfortunately, many of them are for tubes like 2A3, 45's, 27's, and the like which have found a niche market for DIYers and the single ended crowd. I have some early British Mazda and other European tubes which are quite uncommon here in the states, but are very interesting from a historical perspective. The older manufacturers seem to have spent more effort making a decorative package. I have some Westinghouse, IIRC, whose packaging was a metal can....

Then you get into the interesting tubes like the Arcturus Blues with their optical blue glass ( not that nasty stuff from tungsram !).

The older you go back the more expensive the tubes and boxes.
