RE: So what is with the multiple bids by one person?

Audiogon was my worse experience.
I got burnt once on Ebay but almost all my Audiogon dealings
were less than ideal so I dropped my Audiogon account.
People seem to want everything for nothing.
I had one guy complain that my SF DAC wasn't
working properly because he put in Mullard 6922s
for BIG $$$ and it improved the sound - ya think.
He then wanted me to refund him the purchase price
for the new tubes because my unit "needed them"
to work properly and I had said the unit worked.
I'm still bitter about that - can you tell 8^D
