In a way, it makes sense that Leslie used the same impedance OT for the 4 x 6V6 based amp because their first designs used four 6L6s in PPP and they tended to use the same circuits over and over. The 6V6 amp was clearly derived from the earlier design.
The two part numbers on these OTs are 2379 for the OT in the 20W amp and 2927 for the OT in the 30W amp. Do they sound like any numbering system Triad ever used?
