Before a failure takes out some parts in your amp. That could get expensive unless you are able to fix minor burnouts yourself. Assume the tubes are older than you think. Change out the small signal tubes too.
The Sovtek 6L6WXT+ is a good choice even if you are not on a budget. I paid $45.90 for a matched quad from Tubestore.com.
