I have the Opera Audio Cyber 20. I have posted an extensive review of it at Head-Fi.org. Opera Audio actually posted the review on their website. I've never heard the Philips, but I would assume that they sound more like the Amperex. The Cyber 20 would benefit more from lean sounding tubes. Mine came with a pair of the Russian military 6n14n-EB, but they sounded way to bright.

I currently use an Amperex 12AU7 as input tube, and a pair of Amperex 7189 (early production with "D" getter), and just loves it!
