Make sure your friend prints out the auction ad.
make sure your friend saves all emails between him and the seller.Contact the seller and tell him he made a mistake. He only sent one tube not the (2) tubes the auction was for. Never for a second let him think the ad was read any other way than for (2) tubes.
Wait for a reply. Give the seller a few days. If he replies back that the ad was for only (1) and not (2) tubes, then respond back and tell him Paypal will be contacted and a dispute resolution claim will be filed.
If memory serves me you have 30 days to file a claim.
The seller will loose. Paypal will do a charge back against the sellers account. Could take a couple months for your friend to get his money back. Or the seller will send the other tube.
